(AdSense) Account closing issue

Hello everyone

I've closed my AdSense account due to switching to a new one (opened an LLC). I've received an e-mail with my MTCN, however they didn't include the amount of the payment. As far as I know, without the exact amount I am not able to receive the payment via Western Union. Western Union's customer support is horrible, the employee kept copy/pasting the same wall of text without understanding or even reading what I wrote in the Live Chat.

Has anyone had any experience with this issue? Any ideas?

    That's the catch - for them to send you the Payment, you have to close/delete the account. If you cannot access it, you can't really see the finalized amount.

    My best bet is that they closed the account in record time. It is said it might take them a week, but it was done in 3 hours or so, while the e-mail informing me of the payment got in 2 days later.

    Western Union? Ugh that place brings up some painful storied from the past. I remember trying to go into one of those places to pick up some money that my parents had wired me that same day. The guy at the window was such a duche....he asked me all the pertinent questions..who sent it...how much....where was it from...all those typical bs security questions. Well he said the address I was giving him on who sent it (my parents) wasn't matching as far as what he had. I called parents on my cell...and the address I gave him was correct. He sat there and argued with me....and in the end told me to leave the premises. Sheesh...can you believe that. Like I was trying to steal money or something. Really don't like WU.

    Indeed, they are incredibly impolite and their customer service is a guy tapping 2 macroed responses. Unfortunately, they are the ones holding all of the cards and the sum isn't so insignificant :/
