Just subscribe to a VPN and you can change it at will.

The coolest free software to do this is Tor. Google it. Works like a charm.

if you're using TOR, just make sure to do it on a virtual machine. it's safer

If you reset your router, you will get a fresh IP each time the router is reset. The domain will remain the same though..If you want to completely change your IP then you can use a VPN service which will give you a new IP of selected country. You can change it by switching the server. Its really easy

        BZZZZZTTTT.....Wrong

It MIGHT get you a new IP address, but most ISP's are not that fast to flush their DHCP servers and more often than not you get the exact same IP address back.

        The two viable solutions are:

        Proxy Servers
        VPN Services

A VPN service is a much better choice for normal browsing and activities. You can find good ones with multiple worldwide locations for under $10/month.

I stream videos at megavideo alot..If you are using a free version [which I always use] the session expires as soon as the clock hits 72 minutes and it says I need to wait for some time before I can watch more stuff..I reset my router.Refresh the screen and the video starts again..If the IP wasnt refreshed/changed then how did it allow me another session??

I was at a weekend seminar and Tor Black was a speaker.

He said that he set his router up with The Clapper to quickly change IPs.

For this many providers provide dynamic IP you have to just restart the router to change IP. or If you not want to do this then use proxy server.

Proxies. They're cheap and fast if you pay for them. (Public proxies are a totally different animal.)

Definitely. 20-30 public proxies will equal the same effectiveness as 1 private from my experience.

Can u guys tell me how to use a VPM - For example when i go and work on my various google places ads I always wonder if google is kinda watching me work on my friends chiropractor places add, then my other friends tree service add - THEN when I leave a testimonial on either (Im a customer too) Im certain my testimonial has less or NO value right - all coming from the same IP.

So what is "best practice" how do you use a VPN ?

    Thanks

My friend introduce me a software called "Real Hide IP". When I used it, it works perfectly because every time I change my IP I went to whatismyip.com and the result is the same with the IP provided by the software.

You can't unless your ISP allows dynamic IP allocation. Better use proxy servers.

Through the modem resetting you can get different ip address using the same PC.It's only suitable for dynamic ip. It's your ip like static, you will need to contact your service provider or else try to get any VPN service. After changing your new network ip using ip-details.com

Use HMA VPN like everybody has recommended. It's very affordable and great for just surfing the web. But if you're actually looking to vary IP's for link building purposes, buy private proxies.
