Hello mates,

As we all know on page optimization is a part of SEO. For getting good results your site's on page must be according to your targets.

But actually my question is that some times i saw that for many keywords websites which are coming in top searches should not have a good on page optimization, even sometimes i saw that in their meta tags or mera description or in their keyword there is no keyword found for which they are coming on top.....

I don't know how it is happening, but a saw it many times.... so the on page plays some part in rankings or not or only off page techniques are good for getting ranked??
#on page #plays #role #seo . smo #vital

      Ha.

And the answer is yes, it certainly does. It's going to be a lot harder ranking a site - even with good backlinks - if your on-page SEO is weak.

Agree totally with JSProjects. on-page seo is critical even though 90%+ of seo has to do with off-page which is backlinks building.

Yes, as others are saying, both on-page and off-page SEO are important.

I have recently built 2 sites targetting same KW exactly - lauched sites at same time and used same backlinking service. One site has GREAT on page seo , the other has very little as it is a different WP theme. The site with little on page seo is actually one position better than the other site...
