Please help. Market Samurai Has Stop Working

Hello everyone. When I am using Market Samurai and I hit analyze keywords to find the "The Challenge Filters" is starts fetching the results and then it stops working. I keep getting message:

    Why wouldn't you first contact the support staff at Noble Samurai prior to posting here. I would think that would be the logical first step. Just my opinion. Jimmy

      Dear Jimmy I did. but their support is only open from M-Fr 8:30 till 5 pm which is when I am at work and I can't be on the computer. I just thought maybe someone in here has probably run into this problem before and can give me some suggestions sin I am home right now and I studying "The Challenge" and I am trying to follow along the training videos but I am stuck until tomorrow night when I get home, that is if they respond back. They said they were back up for 72 hours so I might hear from them for 3 days. That's why I post it here. I hope that sounds kinda of logical to you now.

      yes I just checked and I do have the latest updates for adobe

      I wonder if there is a techie person in here

      No big deal is just that I am home and I was trying to study and follow along.

      I hate when you run into technical problems like this

      Now I have to wait until they respond back and come back tired from work and resume my studying

      Oh well what am I going to do

      Time to watch some tv, lol

    reinstall it, I remember it happened to me once, I had to install the software and activate it again and it worked..btw Market Samurai is not as good as it was anymore.. it doesn't show all the results from google keywords tool and the support wont address this issue

    Is this the Free or Paid version? Maybe this only happens to the free version. I haven't encountered something like this with my paid one.

    I am using it right now and comparing the results with google and how many keywords its missing.. wow I can't believe their support wont address the issue lol.. did you try to reinstall it?
