One New White Hat Tool

I am looking to purchase one new tool to be used for White Hat SEO. I'm stuck between Scrapebox and Market Samurai. Market Samurai seems to be able to find places to get links, but I haven't tried out Scrapebox so I am not sure how they compare. Market Samurai can also find content for you to post on your blog for certain keywords, etc.
What are your thoughts? If you had to go with one or the other, which would you choose?
