I've been doing some keyword research and have a list of keywords I want to make websites for. the only problem is I don't quit understand how much traffic I would get from them.

Keyword 1:

global monthly searches.
broad: 40,500
exact: <100

keyword 2:

global monthly searches.
broad: 1,600
exact: 140

keyword 3:

global monthly searches.
broad: 246,000
exact: 170

if I ranked number 1 on google for the keywords would I only get some of the exact searches or would I also get some of the broad searched?

which keyword has the most traffic?

It's pretty clear to me that based on those figures you would get more traffic from the 3rd keyword.

Also weather you would get alot of broad match traffic depends on your strategy, how good your optimisation is and how much work you do on and off site

ignore broad... just search for exact searches. I would say minimum search is about 3000-5000 with low competition and good commercial value.

    Hey Dude,

Ranking on Google.com will definitely means that somewhere you are getting both the searches results. If you have specific target market then market yourself there in your niche related directories and regional ones and then if you got on top of Google's regional domain then it could be that its the exact number.

the CPC of all those keywords is $100-$200, would I be able to make some money on adsense from those keywords or will I need higher traffic keywords?

Its the amount Google charged from Advertiser, you will get only certain amount if user clicks on ads posted on your website.
