Best software program to submit pad files

Hey warriors,

I want to submit pad files and build backlinks that way.

I have been using PromoSoft, but it's very very slow and a little bit buggy too.

Are there any other alternatives?

I hope there are, because it works, but PromoSoft doesn't work very well...

    PADSubmitWorker work well for me. It's not free though but works well.
