I just acquired a domain that has a few inner pages worth recreating. The problem I have is that they all use the "?p=1" url extension. Is there a way recreate this url? Or should I just redirect?

Are you using Wordpress on your site?

This can be done by using a plugin to change the dynamic url into a SEF url and then apply a 301 from the older one to new one. Depending upon your CMS you can search for a SEF URL plugin and install it on your server.

Judging by your present URL structure, I am assuming your using Wordpress.

I changed the permalink structure on my first site a few years back using "Dean's Permalinks Migration" plugin, and it worked like a charm. I changed the structure from the standard ugly and SEO pointless "?p=1" structure to using the post title.

I was very nervous about doing this because I had over a 100 posts on the site, and I had created over a 1000 backlinks at this time, so I absolutely did not want to lose the link juice or mess anything up, especially as the site was earning nicely. However, the change went smoothly, and I experienced no change in rankings. Splendid!
