Any Plugin Out There For Rss Aggregator's???

Hey Guys

Just wanted to know if there is something like this out there in the market or if not if you think its a good idea.

For example having a plugin for wordpress for Rss, so when posting a post, it automatically submits to different rss aggregators which is linking to your blog?

Is there anything like this in the market??

    But you only need to submit once the RSS feed to RSS aggregators, not to submit every post.. right?

      Yes agree so is there anything that will auto submit to different aggregators then in 1 go???
