Ranking a website to top step by step plan 2012

Everyone is searching for a way to rank their website to top in double quick time. There are many ways available.
I am going to give some steps, which will help newbies.
1.After registered a website, post atleast five posts.
2.Go to pingoat.com and ping each post manually.
3.Create and add your sitemap to your site. Add it to google webmaster tools.
4.You can also submit sitemap to sitemap directories like feedage.
At this point, you site will be completely indexed in google.
5.Bookmark your site's targeted url (it may be main or inner url) and keyword to thousands of bookmarking directories. You can use software too like bookmarking daemon. After bookmarking add these links to any indexers in part by part basis.
6.At this moment your site is ranking with in top 100.
7.Take a break for atleast one week or add some more content and track your ranking and its position. if it is not dropping then you can continue to other steps. if it drops then wait for atleast two weeks and check its ranking.
8.Now create some authority links like edu backlinks, high pr backlinks and create 10 to 20 web2.0 properties. And interlink them.
9.Bookmark the created web2.0 properties and blast few xrumer profiles and blast some comments to the second tier properties.
10.Add all links to indexers in part by part basis. You can also create feed manually and submit it for faster indexing.
Mostly your site will be crossing first page if it is low competition niche. if it is high competition niche then some more work needed. I will add those in part2.
