Anyone successful promoting insurance CPL offer?

Hi guys,
I'm basically trying to advertise an offer about animal insurance (free quote when they fill up the form: that's when I get paid, and also 1st month free when they join)
I guess promoting an insurance offer is not the easiest, but the cost per lead is high enough, so I'm trying hard
Has any one ever been successful with similar offers? If so i'd love to get advices on how you did it, as i'm a bit stuck for now :confused:
