I typically just target one primary keyword per article. Then I fill my sites with articles targeting related keywords. Works like a charm for me :-D

This depends alot on the keyword that you are targeting. eg. make money online is a highly competitive keyword phrase, where make money online with bubblegum is not. I would say 10 is a good number to get one page one of google.

Do your research on the keyword phrase and go from there.

    I hope this helps.

As far as I know, it is very important to have unique content whether it is site or any article as, there should not be any kind of repetition of content other wise it will not appear good.In one word, content of an article should be different or else can be modified by targeting same keywords.

It depends on you. I just simply mixed 3 keywords in one article.

You should target your homepage to your main keyword and them write similar related topic articles that build around your homepage keyword. This way your homepage will draw the most traffic, but you will also get long tail traffic from related posts.

Let me clarify something here about your question. I think what you mean is that how many keywords should be present per article. To answer that, the keyword density must be at least 2 to 3% per article (depends on the article's number of words).

    Hi,

I think, Keyword density of 3-5% is good but don't attach to much importance to it. And Try to use less than 6%. in a 350 to 400 word article you may use 15-20 word. It must sound well.

    Thank you.

Just write unique and quality content don't think about the keywords density...also 2-3% keyword density is advisable.

It is not a matter of writing an article for each and every keyword its better to write a good article in which all keyword come and submit in high PR articles driectories that means if article is good and interesting then defiantly user will stay and read it.So try to make article good with relevant keyword.

I would suggest that you keep the keyword density for an article at 2-3%. This might save you time later when submitting to an article directory that has a strict limit on keyword density.

GoArticles.com is an example of an article directory that
will not let you publish an article until you have a very low keyword density.
