If Google took user stats into account, why am I not #1, or at least in the top 3, for my key term for this page? Instead I am #7 or 8!!!

Stats for keyword visiting my site:

Pages/Visit: 17.09
Avg Time on Site: 00:56:33 (That's 56 minutes!)
Bounce Rate: 1.90%

People love my site. My on page SEO is excellent, traffic travis gives me an A. My off page is ok, but not great. If anyone wants to analyze the landing page for SEO advise, I'd welcome any feedback. Thanks!

As far as I can see in my tools you are #7 in the US.

Everyone infront of you has more backlinks than you and 5/6 have a higher PR as well as older site. They are all optimised, but I will not go into checking out the quality of their links in comparison to yours.

If I were to look at this at a glance I would say the positions are all the way they should be (figurewise).

Just keep posting relevant quality backlinks and you will climb.

    Sincerely, Buyseech

      Thanks for the feedback.

Based on what everyone says here, building a quality site is supposed to be the most important factor and I had hoped that in doing so, people would help in the back linking process. If you read my stats, it is clear people use and like the site, with that search term alone having a 56 minute average time on site. The entire site itself averages over 40 minutes per user.

An indication that people don't go out of their way though is I posted a facebook like button in the banner of every page a month ago. With an average of 2000+ visitors a day and a huge amount of repeat visitors that come back daily, we still have less than 40 likes.

I had also hoped that google would factor in the great stats, which they are aware of because they are coming from google analytics. How many sites can claim more than 40 minute average time on site and less than 8% bounce rate?

How does google expect site owners to not go out and use various manual and paid techniques to boost backlinks when in this example, the process has failed?
