How to remove complaint page from SERP

For one my keyword, the complaint page ranks in SERP before my site's page. How can I remove it from SERP? Your suggestions are needed.

    You can remove the page in webmasters tools: Google Webmaster Central. Get data about crawling, indexing and search traffic. Increase traffic to your site.
    That would be the best way.

    OR

    If you are on WordPress install the all in one seo pack, with that you can choose to not index certain pages, then you can prevent it from happening in future.

      Ahhhh You should have explained THAT in your OP. You can't just call Google and ask them to delete it. The normal way to handle these kind of situations is:

      a) Don't give a damn about them
      b) Produce hundreds of good reviews, so the bad ones get no rankings at all

      Is this a review so BAD for you to try to delete it from Google?

    You can't have the complaint removed. What you need to do is what is called "reputation control." Immediately, post press releases, rave reviews on other sites, etc., to "outrank" the complaint. In other words, while you can't remove the complaint, you can attempt to move it further down in the search results. Also, be sure you go to the complaint site, if it's owned by a third party, and post your version of events.
