    on page SEO is the easy part start off by making sure your keyword is in your url, description, h1 and title. If using wordpress then you should get the free all in one seo plugin. Also add images to your content with keyword in title and alt tag. Hope this helps

    On-page seo is a very effective part of seo.
    some steps are mentioned bellow about on-page seo:

    1. keyword research,

    2. choose a particular keyword (high demand but less competitor)

    3. h1,h2 and h3 tag use,

    4. meta keyword and mete description ( <head>meta tag</head> )

    5. alt tag use,

    6. Quality contents with that particular keyword (maximum 3 keyword in a 100 words paragraph otherwise it will black hat)

    7. site-map create (xml or html)

    8. site-map submit etc.
