Local Business site with adsense

Hello,

New to the forms. Been doing a lot of reading and wanted to ask a question.

Im going to start creating websites for local restaurants and other businesses. The idea for me to start this came from this situation. My girlfriend has just moved to a new apt and one of the night we were moving her in we decided to order take out from a local chinese place. Well a google search provided me with little help. So I was thinking why dont I create webites for these places with things like menus, hours, contacts, directions and see where things could take off.

So im trying to think long term business model here. So I thought why not once I give/sell the site to that business, would I be able to put adsense on there and collect the revenue from that or would the business be entitled to that money.

Has anyone had any experience with this or is it a simple thing as I created the site therefor i own it and anything that comes from it.

Whoever owns the domain/hosting gets the money from Adsense, obviously you have to have an approved Adsense account.

I would think you would earn more to skip Adsense & create a bidding war for local business, let them decide who wants the traffic more.

adsense income not related local or international , it's up to traffic . if you got too many visitors to your website then you can earn more income . check your websites keywords using google keyword tool , there you can see how much visitor you can get

If chineseplace.com is a trademarked name, then yes that's a problem (IMO).

However an Index page is no different than an internal page when it comes to SEO.

You could do my-towns-restaurants.com/chineseplace/ , then rank the internal page /chineseplace/.
