Will Google Smartprice Me for Showing Ads to Things It Doesn't Like?

I've been struggling to get my CPC on my Adsense campaigns up. Here's some things I've done:

1) Removed adsense from a second site I own that gets a lot of traffic but very poor CTR. I've applied for a new Adsense ID with my Wife's Information

2) Removed Two Sidebar Ads from my main site that had bad CTR leaving only the main Ad in the Top Left position (with CTR as high 6%)

Now I've got another concern I need help with. I needed to replace the sidebar Adsense blocks with something so the site looks "full" and decided to go with two high gravity Clickbank fitness campaigns.

Affiliate details on one of them, though, warns people NOT to advertise the product via any "Google Network" as people have gotten their Google Accounts banned for advertising the program. I guess it has something to do with Google believing that the product makes unrealistic claims or something. You can see this warning here: The Diet Solution Program Affiliate Program | The Diet Solution Program

My questions is this...while I'm not pushing traffic to this program via Adwords, I am running ads for this program google doesn't like on the same page as my Adsense blocks. Could I be getting smart priced for this?
