I have been doing offline marketing for a while and want to start to get away from that and go online. Im very interested in doing seo and keyword research for local offline businesses. Does anyone know of any good WSO or ebooks about this for a newbie? I was looking at the keyword tool and it seems like 90% of the searches where you use city+profession show 0 for exact matches. Im hoping someone can help me out or at least point me in the right direction.

Thanks

This is an opt-in to my list but it's a 1/2 hour video on keyword research that is very good and applicable to your situation. I don't normally pimp my squeeze page, but this doesn't sell you anything, and will give more than enough information to get you started using nothing but free tools.

The war room is paid area of the forum where people share ideas, tips and techniques which they may not otherwise do in the main forum which is free. You'll also find alot of the WSO products for sale are free in the War Room as well. Kind of a thank you from product creators who have been able to build online incomes from the information they've received through this forum.

Plus it's a good way to support Warrior Forum. I don't use the War Room much anymore but feel like I contribute in some way by paying the small fee to join it.

Also in regards to your other question, my recommendation would be to try Niche Site Mastery by Trent Dyrsmid. I brought a friend a membership because I'm to impatient to sit down and teach someone(some can teach, others just do) and in his first month has created his first site from scratch and made a small amount of money through Adsense.
