Import Social Proof - Is It Possible??

Hi,

Lets say I want to start a new website called YYY.com and I already have a website called XXX.com

Is it possible to delete all of the content on XXX.com, wait for it to drop out of Google's index and then import it over to YYY.com without penalty. Will Google see this as new content?

I know I'll have to redo all my backlinking, but I'm fine with this.

Also, if this is possible, is there a way to import the facebook likes and tweets you got from XXX.com to YYY.com??

    Why not just do a 301 permanent direct from one to the other?

    Are the FB likes to your site or your FB page?

    Tweets can be done with 301s

      FB likes are for my blog posts on my site.
