How to Use Tumblr Without Getting Banned?

I started a Tumblr account a few weeks ago and put up a few pages here and there. Real blog posts related to fitness (something I'm interested in) and I worked my preferred keywords into it. Go to sign in later and the site is suspended.

Is there a way to not get your stuff banned? Do you need to "start slow" and add photos/videos and stuff? I really don't want to build link wheels with this thing if they are going to pull the carpet out from under me.

yeah Tumblr is becoming very strict nowadays. Even my old blogs that were not really a business blog were put down.

Focus on Content Quality, Publish Unique and Fresh articles & avoid duplicate content! After Panda Update most of the web 2.0 websites tighten their criteria!

I dunno about this. The "high quality content" thing doesn't seem to fit with Tumblr's "schtick". My sisters are addicted to that thing and they just use it like Twitter. They share crap all the time. Anime stuff. Music stuff. Poems that get them all weepy. Weird/Funny/Thought Provoking pictures. Fan fiction...etc.

I'd have to say that none of this stuff qualifies as "quality unique content". Most of it is rehashed "f stuff found from around the web that has no value to anyone other than allowing them to burn time and keep from being bored. It's seriously a replacement for video games when people burn that stuff out. I honestly don't know if they've ever created a piece of "unique" content in their lives...but they spend a lot of time on that thing.

They sure as heck are not getting banned.

if you dont want to ban your tumbler account then don't try to post Spam content. Try to post genuine and unique content. Don't give too much outbound links and update your blog on regular basis
