I created a free web tool that lets you track the position of your websites on google by keywords.

You can add numerous websites and keywords, see graphs, and even get an update email (turn that on in settings).

Im also planning on adding in a notes feature so you can document your SEO strategies and notifications so you can see when a website falls below a certain position on google or reaches a position.
