  • Honestly, my 2 cents....

This is one area in your IM business you don't want to skimp on. Your list is like gold. I would strongly suggest avoiding the free methods and just pay the $19 a month for Aweber. Those are my feeling on the subject, but I'm sure some out there will differ.

There are many ways to get traffic but not all traffic converts the same. I've found organic seo traffic converts FAR BETTER than article marketing. I haven't explored social marketing.

But if you are truly ed the "tester," I would suggest testing different forms of traffic, and deciding which converts the best for your niche.

I use Sendfree. It has a free and paid options, kind of like Mail Chimp, which my girlfriend uses. It's very limited as far as features, but the customer support is outstanding. I have actually been thinking of trying Constant Contact, others may have better info on that.

You can search on the forum for threads about Mail Chimp. I do not believe they allow affiliate marketing and a few have had their accounts lost.

Aweber can get you started for as low as $1 for the first month. But if you can't afford yet, better try Listwire. My friend used Listwire, and it really delivers very well despite the interface is not that professional as the others. But it's a good way to start, and it gives you unlimited subscribers as well without paying for it.

I'm not sure what you don't like about our interface, but everyone is entitled to their opinion...

We've had some people who say they love it, some who don't, and others say they can't stand the color aqua.

      Can't please everyone I guess.

You're spot on with the rest of it though. Unlimited subscribers, at no cost...

It really doesn't matter now Gary. At least I'm satisfied that the follow-up and broadcast emails are responding, rather than just relying on the interface.

If you want quality service you need to invest some money. Try Aweber or GetResponse.

Google "GWA Autoresonder"... its a WP plugin, and the free version gives you only 1 campaign (unlimited sign-ups) and the paid version was $27 (unlimited campaigns/sign-ups) when I bought it a while back. It has add-ons as well for different things like tracking CTR, but those were only like 8 bucks apiece.

They have solid support and there are also Youtube vids to help. I bought it a while ago, and I still use it. Check it out if you have $30 to send.

I have been using Listwire for my email campaigns, and I'm very impressed of them. The best thing that Listwire can give me is to gain unlimited subscribers to my list (compared to Aweber which we need to upgrade our monthly payment for increasing the number of subscribers).

This free autoresponder is a great start for newbies and beginners who wanna get started with email marketing.
