Are There Any Good "Pay Per View" Ads Out There?

Well I'm not entirely sure if that's what they're called or not but I know the normal ads (like adsense) are PPC, but even though I have adsense on my blogs nobody clicks them. So for an alternative I was hoping to find some ads that paid per viewer. My blogs tend to get a lot of hits (mostly people being curious but enough returnees that actually care).
So do you guys know of any legitimate PPV Advertisements I can sign up for and place on my blog? As long as the withdrawal threshold isn't too high I'd also settle for a system that pays less than average for this sort of ad (though I don't have any idea what the average is).
