Google rankings plummeted on every keyword and pages ranking for wrong keywords

I have a website thelaptoptrader.co.uk that was ranking for various local keywords for a client of mine around the first and second page of google for keywords like laptop repair 'city' as recently as of the 19th of Jan according to MS.
However Market Samurai had major issues with rank tracker and everything so when I finally checked those keywords again nearly every keyword has dropped from the top 100 and what few remain like virus removal 'city' are ranking for completely wrong pages

I have no idea whatsoever why this has happened. I've checked my on page seo, made sure my title tags are relevant to the content on the page and that the meta title and description have my keywords that I want to rank for in and that the url itself has my keyword in it i.e. call-out-service-city and now I guess I need to wait for google to reindex as last time they cached the site was the 28th of Jan.

If you guys have had this happen to you, or are able to offer advice an look at the site to see if you can spot any issues I'd be very appreciative.
I'm also considering putting in a reconsideration request to Google..

What kind of link building have you been doing for the site?

I've been doing a mix of high pr social bookmarks mixed in with article submissions and then hit those links with xrumer and scrapebox and mashed it all together in linkicious for indexing

That is some pretty low quality link building, I hope you are not charging much for this. That is part of the problem I would guess.

Also, if he is targeting local keywords, are you targeting local directories? Yelp, Foursquare, Google Places, etc.

How old is the site? Google tends to rank pages higher at first and then drop them lower.

I think your major problems are (a) you haven't done much linkbuilding, (b) the links you have showing are low quality, and, well, that's about it! You may be a little impatient as well.

I would suggest finding a site that is ranking well based on the amount of traffic it is getting from keywords it is targeting. Pick a competitive niche and see how those sites are doing it. If a site can rank well and consistently for a very competitive keyword, it's doing something right. So go find one and reverse engineer it until you know exactly how and why it is achieving it's good rankings.

That could be the start of a very good learning experience from which you won't have to rely on the half-baked methods you are using.

Your pages are just dancing because of the recent backlinks you have thrown at them. You will often find that keywords rank for the wrong pages for a little while.

In my experience i have had to wait this out for a couple of weeks. Stop spamming the pages with low grade links now, add more content if you can + high PR links slowly.
