Hi guys,
I want to ask that Why Google should give first preference on Dofollow list rather than of Nofollow list?
Any thoughts?

Preference? Care to tell where you read that?

Google crawls both types of links but excludes "nofollow" from the link graph (in the sense you don't get backlinking credit but nevertheless you get referral traffic from them).

It's generally believed that Google "ignores" nofollow links. Bing / Yahoo is supposed to as well, but that's not really as clear-cut.

I'll still include NF backlinks since, at the very least, they help my link diversity.

    You need both.

Natural linkbuilding involves both do-follow and no-follow. If the majority of the sites on the web are no-follow and all you have are do-follow links, good chance you are gonna get slapped by the big G.

People put too much emphasis on do-follow. If you want to build PR, just create good content that people want to actually link to.

Agreed. If you want to appear natural, at least throw in some nofollow links.

Although a lot of us who focus on smaller niche sites are going to have a hard time getting enough natural links to rank where we'd like to rank. Good content isn't enough, most of the time.

I want to ask that Why Google should give first preference on Dofollow ...
I hate to tell ya this, but google gives no preference to dofollow
links because there aint no such thing as dofollow.

If you mean a regular link, one with any nofollow, of course they
do. That is, if all things were equal.

But you cannot force google to do anything.

If you have a link on joe shmo's page, without nofollow, and google
could give a rip about joe schmo, then your link aint worth anything.

I have no idea why people want to try and get a nofollow link. The
only one's I get are ones like in twitter and wiki, but then that's
        for traffic.

Nofollow means spammed, untrusted link in it's natural form. So,
why would you want to get these links, knowing google came
up with the nofollow to label spammed links?

Nofollow is not natural. It's a made up term by google. How can
it be natural? It's not a natural part of any html code.

Nofollow does not mean "no follow" or "not seen." I have no idea
why people cannot get this. Google sees them, notices them,
and registers them just fine. It has to do with passing PR. That's
it. They don't want spammed, untrusted links getting any PR from
the originating page. Nothing else, nothing more.

But again, you can have all the non nofollow links you can get,
but google still has no obligation to count them.

I hate that idiotic nonexistent animal called dofollow.

Google just ignores no-follow links. Only do-follow links will help you for your SERP and get a higher PR.

Dofollow backlinks is more important but, nofollow links must not be underestimated. Backlinks are not only for Google pr it also very useful to grab referral traffic. Also, Do follow links on the other hand are regular links like the ones you see at the end of this article.
