Help plz. How can I optimize my website for a France.

I have developed a website and then translated the contents into French. After it I uploaded contents within 2 domains. One is international domain and another is for only France.

www dot france.com
www dot france.fr

My question is how can I optimize my French site for France?

Can anyone help me? :confused:

    You can do this:
    - in Google Webmaster Tools chose France as destination country for your France domain
    - build backlinks from sites in France, and also those backlinks have to be from French content.
