Is there any Tool available online That can help me to find the exact search engine position of my website for my keywords that i am targeting. Please tell me thanks

Yep as mentioned above you can use rank checker. Its a cool free option.

Traffic Travis is good too. They have a free option and you can track a certain amount of keywords and campaigns.

  seoserp seems to have broken and stopped working the last day or so.
  As well as seoserp, some other serp software seems to have stopped working. I'm thinking there was some kind of Google API/algo change

  This one is my favorite too. I've been using this since then. But sometimes when the site is down, I am using SEOCentro or do the checking manually. For I can be much sure with that.

First of all there is no tool that will tell you "exact" position of your site for any keywords.
Basically because:
- there is no standard SERP, depending on niche different people will see different results
- different tools are using different methods to get SERP ranking so if you would use couple of tools you might get different results

But you still need to know where you are. To do this you can use two step strategy:
1. Use online tools to check your rankings on a daily basis (like serpfox . com where you can have up to 10 keywords monitored for free)
2. Check your web analytic software where you should have information from which position visitor came (not counting "secure" visitors)

I tried to do my best with this wordpress plugin, i've got many different countries, proxy usage and you can track unlimited sites and keywords for rankings all from ONE wordpress install. Current wso is in my signature

Honestly the most accurate one is "Top 10 SEO Competitors analysis modul" inside Market Samurai. But it will help you only if you're up to TOP10 on page#1.

But if you have many keywords and many sites, then I would choose probably Rank Checker Plugin but beware it's very inaccurate, sometimes +/-15positions, some keywords doesn't show at all.
