Need A Good Keyword Managing Tool

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone knows a tool that could help me manage my keywords.
I need to rank allot of keywords (over 100) for allot of websites (over 100)
all in all it's over 10,000 entries of Keyword+URL that i need to rank.
What I'm looking for is a tool that would be able to maintain a database of all those keywords and websites, and also keep information as for what type of link building have i done to each keyword+url entry.
This might be a bit too much to ask from a software that is not especially designed for me, but i was wondering if anyone knows of any that might fit my needs.
Or maybe of a good cheap software designer?
Any help would be appreciated.
