Surge in Rankings

Well, I had two Good news recently.
My websites have suddenly increased there PR from PR0 to PR2 in just a week.
The websites are just a couple of months old.

I did made a few Good backlinks from High PR websites/forums.

Any idea is Google frequently updating the Page rank nowadays??

Is this happening to your website as well???

In general Page Rank is updated around 4 times a year, although sometimes it can be a little more.

The main thing is one site got PR increase a week back and the other one got the surge today only.
since I have seo quake installed, everyday I see the Page rank as well as alexa..!!

Usually it happens once around 90 days but I wonder if its gonna happen on a regular basis then we have to constantly add new backlinks as well as fresh content!!

Yes Google is quickly updating Page Ranks now a days. If your website has got relevant, unique and quality content. Nothing can stop your website in going from PR 0 to PR 2.
