Adsense For Search: Does This Violate the TOS?

First, I already searched the TOS and I can't find an answer to this question.
I have a couple sites that are large and it makes sense to let users be able to search the the site. I don't have much experience with Google Search.
Is it within the TOS to put a label above the search box that says, "Can't Find What You're Looking For" or something similar?
The TOS is very specific about encouraging clicks, but less specific about letting users know that you have a search box.
Maybe I missed it in the TOS. But I'd appreciate it if anyone has any experience with this. I'll be checking out the google forums in the meantime.
