Anyone else having issues with seoserp.com?

The last 2 days I haven't been able to use Pagerank checker SEO SERP web tools: Google Top 1000 SERPs checker: results many countries Google Pagerank SERPs index results web SEO tools

Anyone else having the same issue? I am actually thinking of writing my own that would have history, graphing, scheduled jobs, etc.

How much of a demand would there be for it and would I be able to use adsense on that site or would that be a tool google frowns upon?

  I've also noticed this one isn't working properly: Free SEO TOOLS - The Free SEO Tool Place!
  
  It "appears" to be working, but is not finding my sites (which I know are in the top 20 results via other means).

  They say their service is being blocked by Google. I wonder if that's the case with the other free tools, as well.
