There might be other reasons, I doubt you were banned because of duplicate content. I have made a quick search in google and the articles in your site are in many other sites as well.

And another article in your site "3 Easy Ways to Search Engine View Your Blog to Increase" - clearly against google adsense terms!

I don't have an adsense account yet but I' would just like to ask some question about a duplicate content,

we all know that exam results can be found mostly on a government sites.

say I'm building an exam results site (e.g. boardexamresults.com) that has results on a license exam for example, real estate brokers exam results, nursing exam results, and etc.

would it be called a duplicate content if my website that has this same niche as the government board exam results?

would google considered this as duplicate site and will not approve my niche site?

Once you are banned from adsense, unfortunately there's no way to get unbanned.

The fact that you got banned implies your site violates adsense terms, so why worry about banners? I suggest you re-read adsense terms and start building a quality website.

Google never gives you any reason for banning your AdSense account.
But we can figure out after thoroughly scanning the policies.

Apart from banners, poor content and fake clicks could be the reason for ban.

Before posting content always check the article through copyscape.

No Privacy Policy which is one of the basic requirements of websites participating in the adsense program is a good way to get kicked out. Sorry to say that once your banned you will have a hard or impossible time getting back in.

Incorrect. They always have a reason, otherwise the ban wouldn't happen. Regardless of whether or not you're able to determine why a ban occurred by reviewing their terms, it will never be without cause.

Just one more detail, if the previous owner of your website have been banned from Adsense, you will get banned as well, as the domain name is banned.
    Happened to me...
