I want to ask friends and gentlemen, first I have adsense account with the name "A", then for some reason the account is banned, then recently I tried to register adsense again with the name "A" but with a different email. Is this kind of thing is prohibited / dangerous for the survival of my account?

Please help ...

You can't do it (well you CAN, your account will end up banned again).

Using another email address doesn't matter. Google has your old IP logged, computer name (the information about the PC that you're using), and other identifying information about you. Sooner or later (probably sooner), Google's automated system will put together that you are the person who has an account banned. Then your "new" account will be banned as well.

Your only hope is to use another payee name -- this could be a business name for example, new bank account in your business name, change the name of your computer, etc.

You can still have another Adsense account (or multiple Adsense accounts) and STILL be playing within the rules set by Google.

      I'm confused ...

Do you think that by changing the payee name, computer name etc must be avoided banned from google?

I've tried to appeal, but my account is still banned.

Then I tried to create another account with the same name, and I am afraid if my account get banned again ...: (
