How Do Ya'll Track Your Website To-Dos?

With an ever-growing portfolio of sites, I'm finding it harder and harder to keep track of what I was doing and where I'm going with each site. Eventually, I think I'd like to code a custom app to deal with it, but for now I'd be eager to hear how you guys manage 10+ sites.

I have an excel spreadsheet on the top row (A,B,C,) I list my sites and I can continue to add sites.

Downward I list what process needs to be done and then I simply color code what has been done to what site with green for done and gray for in progress and red for stuck and balck for ignore if its not applicable.

    That would be cool.

I either just use a spreadsheet with a tab for each of my sites, or you could use Office's Microsoft Project.

Use a spreadsheet and never work on all of your sites all day. Get a white board where you can focus on just the sites you want to focus on just for that day.

I keep a pen and paper "to-do" list handy on my desk all day. It makes it easy for me to scratch out what I've done, focus on what I still need to do, and easily add or remove items from the list as ideas come to me or as certain things on the list become irrelevant to what I'm doing (as sometimes happens).

My to-do list is incorporated into an overall notebook with sections for different projects I'm working on, so I can also easily flip to the project I'm focusing on that day and see what needs to be done and when and if I've done it yet. I'm very much into categorization in my organizational methods.

    Evernote, Evernote, Evernote.
I use it for everything. It can sync from my phone to my pc and I never lose what pops into my head. Also allows for the ability to record a note on the go so I can get down all those creative spurts before they drift off into never never land.
