Does BMR accept articles with foreign anchor texts?

Hello!

I'm planning to join BMR to rank some foreign webpages. For that, I will need to use a foreign anchor text for some of my links. I've done that successfully in the past with other link networks like UAW, but I don't know those articles would get accepted in BMR as well.

Anyone can share his experience doing this?

    I had a website of mine rejected by BMR because it was in German. Even though it had the English alongside it, it was rejected for being "Non English" so I guess they won't.

    A lot of places don't except non-english sites and words.

    BMR only accepts english content and english target sites.
