Getting Google Local Rankings with Map in a Low Comp Market?

Hey guys,

I'm helping a friend rank his liquor store here and wondering what system or WSO anyone has used successful to get them to the top of the Google Local Map rankings? My business is not local so I've never had to do this before, but I checked competition and I know we can blow away everyone here.

Any suggestions of what you've used and worked?

    Work on your keywords.

    In general fill out every possible option when creating the map listing.

    Also when uploading pics and videos make sure the titles of the pictures are your keywords

    Example: keyword is liquorstorelocal

    Have that through the listing.
    liquorstorelocal.jpg
    liquorstorelocal.mp4

    etc
