Help, Squidoo limits links!!

I am syndicating my website articles with my Squidoo page. What I mean is I am posting the exact same articles from my website onto my Squidoo and adding a 'link back to the original article' as Google and Warrior members have suggested.

I come to find that I am limited to 9 links per a domain in Squidoo. First of all, how do you marketers get around this. Second of all, If I continue to syndicate my articles without linking back to the original, will I experience some sort of penalty or other problems. Which articles should take priority with links?

When I first started considering affiliate marketing, I wish someone would have told me that websites like Squidoo, Ezine, etc were completely ANTI-AFFILIATE. I Have already spent the entire day re-posting my articles one-by-one in order to figure out which modules were tripping the spam filter. Now 5 hours later, while still editing the spam-related modules, I run into THIS PROBLEM.

First of all you'll need to have original content to avoid bann from squidoo.

How much links do you want to post in same lens? Maybe 99? Isn't 9 enough?

For their spam filter look at squidoo don't content policy

I started a thread about this yesterday? A bunch of members assured me that it was fine to syndicate my own articles onto Squidoo. Is that incorrect? I am getting so many mixed answers that I am about to give up.

I suppose I only need 9, but I figured every post would link back to its original article.

The reason why people don't have success with Squidoo is because they spam it and so forth.

Why not leverage Squidoo lenses to get good rankings and more traffic pointing back to your site?

A Squidoo isn't an article directory -- it's not that limited. It's a powerful thing that you can use to get more traffic.

Why would you need 9+ links pointing to your site? Lenses perform better when you share information and link to other resources as well.

    Squidoo wants original content. Using them as a syndication service is not their business model. Here are the facts, straight from the Squid;

    Squidoo : Originality Pact

You should consider syndicating using article directories that are passive such as EZA and active such as isnare.com for sharing your content. Those sites are great for your purposes. And there are other ways to syndicate as well.

Use Squidoo for backlinks and income diversification.

As for links, you are not limited to 9 links. You are limited to 9 links to the EXACT same domain that they have not whitelisted such as Amazon or eBay.

Hope this clears things up for you.

I am clearly in over my head here.

After posting and reading around this forum I was told that article marketing was "useless", "dead", "unnecessary", etc. On top of that, I was refused submission from sites like EZA constantly to no avail for months. I am assuming it is because the product I am promoting and my domain name are too similar. I kept getting "you cannot promote your own product" type infractions.

Clearly, based on your post, I have no real understanding of the purpose of a Squidoo lens, and Its purposes appear to be much further down the road than where I am at. All I have is a Wordpress site with 15 unique articles. I am currently trying to build backlinks, and aside from that I am feeling lost. Its tough to juggle school work and affiliate marketing. Maybe you could give me a nudge. Thanks.

Be original as original would remain here for long periods of time and duplicate would vanish some day or other.

I also created an account on Squidoo lens, but when I submitted my content suddenly a pop up appeared and it said that add more content so, I didn't understand how many words Squidoo lens accepts.

For the sake of this discussion, let's assume Squidoo is an article directory and a lens is an article (it's not, but it's just to make a point). How many links back to your website would you put in an article? Even the most generous article directories don't allow more than say 3 per article. Squidoo allows up to 9 to any ONE domain. Seriously, isn't 9 more than enough already?

Oh and just re-read what you wrote in your first paragraph. If any lensmaster finds your lenses there as duplicate content, you'll be flagged down as spammer so fast you won't know what hit you. Squidoo TOS only allow unique content (as it should be) and the Squidoo forumers are fast on reporting spammy, dupe content (or stolen images) lenses.

I honestly don't believe Google suggested to create dupe content on Squidoo and link back to your sites. Plus I'm surprised you didn't trigger the duplicate content spam filter when publishing your lens in the first place...

I believe you need quality and unique content submitted on squidoo. Copying the content that is already existing on your website or blog exactly as it is is no good. Try getting someone to rewrite this content..

My Dear Friend Squidoo or Hubpages all these kind of websites are to spread quality information and knowledge so to share duplicate content which is already available somewhere on other web then there is chance u may be banned friend and link farming in articles is allowed to acceptable limit so stuffing links in any article is not good
