Is someone trying to hack my WP Site?

I posted this in another section and just now figured out I put it in the wrong thread....such a noob.
I am new to I.M. and have just finished my first site. The other day I got a comment from somebody who said something like, "Thanks for the info, nice looking site. May I ask what WP Theme you are using?". And that was it. Is it possible for someone to hack my site by knowing what theme I am using?

    Lol, this is spam from people trying to get links from your site to theirs. If they want to know your theme they can just look at your page source and it is there for all tower.
