I'm trying to wrap my head around an alternative to pay-per-click or rented ad space.
I would like to allow a local client only pay me (a much larger sum) when a lead from my website actually completes a sale with his practice. I cannot figure out how to manage it so that it is tracked and does not rely on me trusting him.
Anyone with experience or strokes of genius?
