How to find do follow site for blog

How to find the year of the site. I mean launched in 2011 or 2012 ? The site should be a blog site, related to beauty niche and have do follow attribute.
I searched many times in google there is no excepted results. please share your suggestions.

    Just check in google for "powered by wordpress" blogs with commentluv plugin enabled, that are do-follow ... High PR pages are also recommended

    Im still at lost as to how to how to find DoFollow sites. For example, what do I type into the Google Search box if i am looking for DoFollow blogs on “Home Workout”, that have comments enabled. From what you suggested, I get to “Home Workout” + Blog (comments|comment|reply). But how about the DoFollow part?
