    Well it's only $20 and you could give out review copies to get some credibility.

    But if you insist on free, then you could join multiple forums, add a link to your signature for your services, and participate in SEO related threads.

    You could also offer your service of fiverr, and try get those customers to purchase your more expensive services. (You obviously can't message your fiverr customers your website URL directly, but you can cheekily put it in the file that you send as a 'delivery' report)

    Yeah but you only provide a 'taster' of your more expensive service. So provide less links on fiverr, and try to upsell more links and other services for a higher price.

    Or you could find some PLR ebook on SEO, advertise your name and website URL on it, and disseminate it.
