I'm thinking about learning SEO through the guide of Dan Thies and then creating some sites in low competitive niches and get on google 1st page to give solutions to people with problems by proving info & Ebook.

While I'm studying his guide I want to implement the teaching with a test site so I can learn better..

My worry is that after I build some sites that get on the first page of google that google might kick me off like what happened to many other people..

It would truly be a waste of time if that would happen..

Are there any sure ways to prevent that from happening? what's the scoop on that?

And by only following all the stuff in Dan Thies his guide called SEO fast start, will it provide me with all the info to come on google first page?

I would love to get some expert opinions on this

All the best

The most important about SEO is that you provide real value to your visitors when they land on your site, and you shouldn't have a problem with Google. Always provide quality content that adds value. And also, build quality backlinks. Always remember: Value, Value, Value & you'll be fine.

If you don't try you will never know. Don't give Google any reason to kick you off.
Keep getting links from high PR webpages and provide quality content. It's that simple.
