Commenting on High PR Blogs

I'm new to blog commenting, it's never been one of my linking methods but I've been diversifying so thought I'd ask people around here who likely do it quite often.

Now I know when blog commenting that you want to use your keyword as your name to realize the maximum SEO benefit (correct me if I'm wrong).

It seems to me that if I'm commenting on a high PR blog (or any moderated blog for that matter), even if I'm leaving the greatest and most topical comment of all time, if my keyword/name is "cheap baby diapers" or something to that effect... do you get my question here? Do you find that they approve you in that case? Not even a prestigious .EDU blog, just most blogs even. I feel like even if someone didn't know anything about SEO they'd see that as spammy regardless of the comment.

I don't know what to think here but I'd love some feedback from commenters.

    To be honest, most of high PR blogs, do not accept you post unless they are quality comments.

    What you might want to do is check other comments that have been approved on the blog. If the moderator has been approving obvious key words as the commenter name then you can give it a shot. If there are no obvious keywords in the names, then the moderator likely will not approve it, so you may not want to risk it.

    Blog commenting as far as SEO is concern is one of the most effective methods in link building. But in one condition: if your comments get approved.

    Any methods like using your name as your keywords, include your keyword as your anchor text in the body of your comment, or whatsoever has nothing to do with approving. It will always be on the moderator's hand if they want to approve your comment or not.

    But in reality, most of the high PR blogs don't really accept comments with anchor text. No matter how beautiful your comment is, if the moderator is not in the good mood and doesn't want comments in his/her blog, it's still useless.

    Again, no technical issues that have to deal with. Don't expect too much for it. Just leave comments and if it gets approved, then it's good. if not, move on and find another one.

    Make use of a proxy site/page if it looks like you won't get a keyword name approved.

    Just send the link juice to your homepage. Use a normal name and link to your root URL. Your on-page navigation should take care of distributing the link juice to all the inner pages. You can't target specific keywords that way but high PR link juice is better then no link juice at all. (Left part of image)

    Another alternative is linking to another website that you control or another inner page that is not your target page. Use a normal name as anchor text again to get the comment approved. On the inner page you linked to you link to the target page with the real keyword, exclusively if you want all the link juice for one keyword or to multiple target pages if you want to distribute it.     What you do here is essentially converting the keyword of the link juice. The more outgoing links the proxy page or homepage has, the more link juice you loose.

      If you comment on high PR blogs a amount of link juice is shared with your web page. that helps you to increase the popularity of your web page in search engine. Though there are other methods by which you can get traffic but by this method you can get instant results.

    There are many footprints available on this forum for how to find high PR blogs for commenting purpose. Wordpress based sites are easy to track for commenting purpose.
