PLEASE HELP!!! - Homepage Deindexed / Inner Pages ranking / PR gone

Dear Warriors, PLEASE HELP, feeling desperate.

My Homepage has been de-indexed by Google for approx 20 hours with ALL my rankings lost the inner pages are working and ranking as normal
Could you please visit my site to see if the below factors are at play?
If anyone could share from stories or personal experiences, I would like your help to know
-- what has actually happened to my site
-- what i should do now
-- how long will it take for Google to index my Homepage again. :/
ONE-PAGE SITE STRUCTURE
-- Template is a one-page from ElegantThemes[dot]com, here is a sample of the theme elegantthemes[dot]com/preview/MyResume/
-- Although Google index shows about 50+ pages, there is only 1 page
-- The template seems to aggregate the pages to show on Homepage
-- Not sure if this poses a duplicate content issue, and if I should remove "easy no index no follow" these pages to remove them from the index.
BACKLINKING STRATEGY
-- All links are pointing to the Homepage as I am not sure of the permanance of the InnerPage links diaplayed on Google (As I might change my 1 page template)
-- Have been using BMR to great effect (1-3posts past few months)(Reduced to 1 post a day to save costs)
-- Recently have been trying a few other linking strategies that may have tripped Google's filters
DROP IN RANKINGS
-- Homepage was ranking Top5 in my Geographic location for 20+ keywords
-- Now, Homepage is gone and all top rankings are gone
-- The inner pages displayed on Google are still ranking as per normal
-- PageRank: Has dropped to Zero
RECENT BACKLINKING ACTIVITY
-- Ordered 100s of articles to be spun and
-- Ordered a Web2.0 Linkwheel backed up with comment and profile link
-- Linklicious.me applied to above comment and profile links
DOMAIN AGE
-- Age of site is since October 2010
-- Renewed late 2011, now valid till 2013
-- However, domain age checkers fail to show the age, age is displayed as 0 in many SEO tools. Not sure why
-- Not sure if Google still views it as a new site
