Did Wordpress Plugin deindex my Homepage?

Google: Homepage deindexed (Inner pages still indexed)
Bing: Sinks it beyond Top500 but still in index
Timing: Both Google and Bing occurances happened 48 hours ago

Not sure if "Easy Noindex and Nofollow" wordpress might have caused this?
I own 2 websites that use this plugin.. but for this site, it seems to have "leaked" some code and left it at just before my </head> tag

Do you think this caused the Deindexing of the Homepage?
and what should i do now to get Homepage reindexed?

    Did you check your robot.txt and .htaccess file, see if those plugins already added rules on those files.

      Hi Boosters! here are the files that i've just copied from -- the version before the plugin was deactivated may have been different. Would really appreciate if you could help me look at them as I really don't understand this!

      Do you think the indexing was the code I listed above?

      Looks like my PageRank has moved back from ZERO to 2!
      Submitted sitemap to webmaster tolls (pending)
      Pinged it with a few sites

      Hope I will be indexed soon. Sigh

    You have to get that "noindex" tag off your page. It's telling search engines not to include that page in their search results!

      Sigh, i've already removed it.
      The problem is that I think it was added to my site when i updated my Theme on February7, my homepage was deindexed on Feb23 (16days)
      Which seems to say that the Google might only come by and update my listing in 16days! OMGGGGGGGGGG>

    Sigh. Anyone has an idea of how i can make my re-indexation faster?
    It's been 48 hours. Or am i just impatient?

    I have
    - Bought tweets from fiverr
    - Bought Social Bookmarketing Gigs from fiverr
    - Inceased my BMR posts from 1 per day to 4-6 per day
    - Pinged my site on Pingomatic and Pingoat
    - Submitted by Sitemap to Webmaster tools
    - Submitted my Homepage to Webmaster tools

    If you have anymore ideas on how my site can be indexed faster please share!

    The reindexation started at about the 24 hours after I removed the "noindex" meta tag..
    - First it got its PR back
    - then the rankings slowly started to appear
    - an I woke up this morning with full rankings!
