How many BMR posts before you get results

I have a very low competitive keyword that I am trying to rank for.

I got ranked on the top of page 2 without any backlinking and now I have about seven 150 BMR posts pointing to that keyword.

But so far, my rankings haven't improved at all.

I know 7 BMR posts isn't a lot, but on average how many BMR posts does it take to boost the ranking of a very low competitive keyword?

Thanks

I'm not sure what's your standard of low competition keyword, but I do get to page 1 with about 50-100 posts for my low comp kw.

    Hobo,

If you have got the ranking soon then be ready to see few drop as what you have got is not usual especially now a days when Google is too strict towards ranking sites. Just keep working as when you will be recognized I assure you each work effort will be counted and resulted accordingly.

Are the top 10 sites optimized for your target keyword?
Don't rely on BMR alone. Try to build other type of backlinks as well.

How about you ask this in the dedicated BMR thread in the stickies?

I concur, all these BMR threads are really starting to piss me off tbh.

Thats a very subjective questions, depends on your niche, competitiveness, other link building you may be doing etc
