automated tool or service that I can pay monthly to do quality backlinking

Hi all,

With my fulltime job I do not have time for backlinking. I have hired article writers for content but I don't know what to do for backlinking. A number of people I tried to hire did a low quality job (spam comments, spam profiles, spam link wheels).

Is there any automated tool or service that I can pay monthly to do quality backlinking which creates links that will work for many years and not just few months?

My income is still low (thus the fulltime job) but I want to keep improving my websites by re-investing part of my salary, so ideally not very expensive services.

    sorry to clarify by automated tools i do not mean click 1 button and things happen, but i meant tools which are probably paid which generate more results in return for work invested compared to free tools or manual.

      Just outsource it to someone on odesk, if you find a good worker it will be a much better investment than in some programs. BTW I got hammered last few days with emails about link emperor (it handles all your backlinks), it seems good but the lowest monthly subsciption is like 500 bucks.
      For that amount you can get couple of VA's in Philipinnes to do it and probably better quality.
