Serious questions about the Clickbump theme

Hi experienced Adsense warriors!
Don't be annoyed! This is not another "which theme should I choose" or "should I use this theme" thread!
This thread is inspired by the success of Clickbump theme. I have gone through the listing in Flippa.com and found that many sites got high CTR with this theme, especially those XXX coupon sites. That arouses my interest in this theme.
To be honest, I have tried CTR theme and Niche Adsense Theme from Mark Mason. They are easy to set up and SEO friendly. But how about CTR? Well, they are okay (3-5%) but did not produce astonishing result. (double digit CTR as seen in some of the Flippa sites.)
So I am deciding to buy the theme. I know that Scott Blanchard, the owner of the renowned product, is an active Warrior Forum member. Therefore, I'd like to ask him and other members who have tried the theme some serious questions about the product. Hope it can also help other Adsense newbies like me.
So, my questions are:
1. Google seems to hate Made for Adsense sites more and more. But the classic Clickbump theme seems to make the site quite "Adsense-oriented". Will it hurt SERP?
2. A blog post from the official Adsense blog has mentioned that posting a rectangle ad unit above the fold without text wrapping around it may cause account ban. But I think that's what the Clickbump theme features. Have anybody has the experience of account being banned for this reason?
3. Hi Scott. In your salespage, there are three offers: Express, Express with Jumpstart Pro and Bundle. For Express, you said it i.ncludes the ClickBump 5 WordPress Theme and the new "Amaze" Premium Template pre-installed. Perhaps this theme is quite new to me so I really don't know how does the CB5 Wordpress theme look like. When I scroll up hoping to find its screenshots, I found the classic theme I want yet it says "(Express owners can purchase these separately or ala-carte)". So what does express owners get actually? Sorry I am confused...
4. When I develop a site with your theme, can I sell the site with it? Do I need to buy a developer license or something like that?
So far, I have this queries about CB theme. Hope it can be answered by you guys. Thank you in Advance!
