    Because a rediculous amount of people are using their service and as a result reducing its effectiveness - they're at capacity.

    I've heard from a few SEO friends they recently took a huge de-indexing whack, and prob stopped new registrations so they can build their inventory back up with fresh domains....

      Lots of networks got major deindexing slaps in February. Thing is no provider is going to come out and say that they lost sites. I don't think its a coincidence that more than one providers is shutting its door to new clients. This is a massive swipe Google made this month and it took alot of public networks out. I am not saying BMR is one of them but again in this climate it may very well have been.
