I need help quick. I have been stumbling with this for over 3 weeks now.
When I enter my Title in the plug in for AIOSEO it shows up in the Google

SERPS as the just the blog title.
So i removed the %blog_title% from the AINSEO settings and changed my title to what I wanted on all the pages (under the place where you write your page, the drop down plugin is there to modify title, description and so on)
But when I see my results in the serps it looks like:

Remove Stretch Marks (My Blog Title)

when I have in my title:
Remove Stretch Marks | Compare the Best Product

Why is Google not picking up my title i have customized?

    It can take a week or two for Google to index your changes. Do the titles display properly in your browser?

    You may just have to give it some time. Even Google doesn't update their stuff every day.

    Yes, my title tags have the correct title and it does show up in my browser. I knew it took time but did not think it took 2-3 weeks. None of my other sites took that long that i do on dreamweaver....guess I was just not sure if i was doing something wrong in WP

    Clear you browser cache and than give it some time to get crawled by Google.
